The Winners of the 17th Annual Awards of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES

Once again BULGARIAN PROPERTIES presented its awards for the best results and significant achievements during the year.

The ceremony took place in Bansko immediately after the opening of our new office in the resort, which is one of the most important for the company's activities, with the first transaction carried out in Bansko and a serious contribution to the development of the local holiday market.


2024 was another successful year for both the property market and BULGARIAN PROPERTIES. We were able to expand into new areas, consolidate our position and prove our leading role in the marketing and sales of properties across the country.

HIGHEST VOLUME AND SALES GROWTH

The winners in this category are:
Head Office Sofia for highest number of sales


Varna Office for highest number of sales in the country

Bansko Office and Veliko Tarnovo Office for biggest sales growth.


An individual award for growth in sales was awarded to Pavel Ravanov from Burgas Office, who achieved outstanding results in sales of properties on the Southern Black Sea coast, as well as to Liubka Mihova from Sunny Beach Office and Gabriela Gecheva from Elhovo.



MOST EXPENSIVE SALES

• The most expensive sale for 2024 is by Daniela Toteva - a house in Sofia

The most expensive sold apartment is a deal of Stoycho Bugov for a luxury penthouse in the quarter of ozenets, Sofia, and the most expensive holiday property is Ivan Pinchov from Bansko Office.

AGENT OF THE YEAR

This is the most important award for any agent. It is awarded based on the highest sales volume, sustained presence in the monthly rankings and excellent customer feedback.

The Agents of the Year for 2024 are:
Ivan Krumov, Magdalena Tosheva and Kalin Chernev.




The Agent buyer's Agent of the Year is Nikolay Popov for highest number of sales with colleagues and partners.

BEST SELLING BUILDINGS AND COMPLEXES

• The award "Best Selling Complex" for the third year in a row was given to Central Park in Banishora, Sofia.

The second place was taken by Vitosha View complex in Krastova Vada.

The best-selling holiday complex is Royal Marina Beach in Chernomorets near Gradina camping.

SPECIAL AWARDS

Special awards for outstanding contribution went to:
Keti Tosheva and Stefka Ancheva for Central Park sales
Veronika Stoykova for the greatest contribution in working with clients
Yovko Nikolov and our lawyers - Bilyana Petkova, Martin Polimenov, Ivaylo Vlahov and Katalina Stefanova for their assistance and providing full financial and legal protection in the completion of our property transactions
Our IT team for the constant innovation and implementation of new technologies, which have allowed us for over 20 years to defend our position as a market leader and technology company in the real estate industry in Bulgaria
