Reservation and Agency Commission
Any office or shop at sale in Business Centre Bulgaria Tower could be reserved with a non-refundable deposit of 10 % of the purchase price paid with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard), debit card or bank transfer to the account of BULGARIANPROPERTIES. The reservation deposit will hold the property for 28 days when the preliminary contract should be signed with the investor company and the first installment should be paid.
