The nine-storey Business Centre Bulgaria Tower is a prestigious, high-tech building, planned and built according to the modern standards to provide a comfortable and functional work environment. It is located on the corner of Bulgaria Blvd and Gotse Delchev Blvd. and is notable for its architecture, its rounded façade and the 360-degree advertising construction on the roof. Construction: reinforced concrete. The roof is flat. There are decorative metal sun protection elements on the façade.
Façade: heat insulation and coats XPS 6 cm; structural hanging façade on silicone vertical and horizontal joint, combined with decorative elements coated with granite slates.
Common parts: luxuriously finished. The walls and floors are covered with granite tiles; the ceilings are painted with high quality latex. Hand rails are installed on all staircases.
Elevators: two luxurious elevators with automatically operated doors, reaching the underground parking lots. The commercial and office areas are connected with luxurious escalators.
Exterior doors & windows: aluminum fire-resistant front doors for all the offices.
Electrical wiring: wall plus and lamp keys are provided. Lamps in the common parts, corridors and staircases are fixed. Telephone, internet, door bell an intercom wiring are provided.

Reservation and Agency Commission
Any office or shop at sale in Business Centre Bulgaria Tower could be reserved with a non-refundable deposit of 10 % of the purchase price paid with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard), debit card or bank transfer to the account of BULGARIANPROPERTIES. The reservation deposit will hold the property for 28 days when the preliminary contract should be signed with the investor company and the first installment should be paid.
BULGARIANPROPERTIES do not charge agency commission for Bulgaria Tower units.

- 80 % first installment 28 days after reservation at signing the preliminary contract
- 10 % second installment at transferring the ownership rights (December 2008)
