Nikolay Dimitrov has been part of the BULGARIAN PROPERTIES team since 2023 and is responsible for a wide range of locations in Southwestern Bulgaria – including the towns of Dupnitsa, Pernik, Radomir, Kyustendil, and Blagoevgrad, as well as the surrounding villages. His approach is careful, well-structured, and focused on the needs of buyers and sellers who seek security and professionalism when dealing with properties in smaller settlements and developing areas.
Nikolay holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the South-West University "Neofit Rilski" in Blagoevgrad.
He has extensive professional experience in sales, team management, and consulting on European and donor-funded programs. Before joining the BULGARIAN PROPERTIES team, he worked as a regional manager, sales representative, consultant, and real estate broker.
By combining his skills in negotiation, sales, and strategic thinking, Nikolay provides reliable support and accurate guidance to clients in one of the most colorful and promising regions of the country.
