The Winners of the 18th Annual Awards of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES
For the 18th consecutive year, BULGARIAN PROPERTIES presented its annual awards for best results and significant achievements.
2025 was another strong year for both BULGARIAN PROPERTIES and the real estate market in Bulgaria as a whole, with an increase in transactions and accelerated price growth prior to our entry into the eurozone.
This allowed us to strengthen our market position, expand into new markets, and work on some of the most large-scale and landmark new development projects. We successfully facilitated the sale of a diverse range of properties across all regions of Bulgaria, contributing to regional growth while reinforcing our leading role in property marketing and sales nationwide.
Here are the winners for 2025 🏆👏
HIGHEST VOLUME AND SALES GROWTH
The winners in this category are:
• Head Office Sofia for highest number of sales
• Varna Office for highest number of sales outside of the capital
• Veliko Tarnovo and Stara Zagora Office for biggest sales growth.
Individual awards for sales growth were given to Ivaylo Ignatov from Veliko Tarnovo Office and to Yuliana Kurteva from Varna Office. Both distinguished themselves with exceptionally high speed of work and improvement on their results from the previous year.
MOST EXPENSIVE SALES
• The most expensive sale for 2025 is by Mihail Chobanov, founder and owner of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES, for the sale of an office building in Sofia
• The most expensive house sold is in Varna - with responsible agent Krasen Zahariev
• The most expensive apartment sold is a deal made by Nikolay Popov for a flat in Yavorov district in Sofia
• The most expensive vacation property is done by Pavel Ravanov - a house in Sozopol
• The most expensive commercial property sold is a restaurant in the top center of Sofia with an agent Daniel Tonev
• The most expensive plot sold is in the Kyustendil area - a deal by Nikolay Dimitrov
• The most expensive rural house was sold by Stefan Mollov in a village near Plovdiv.
AGENTS OF THE YEAR
This is the biggest and most coveted award for any real estate agent. It is awarded based on the highest sales volume, consistent presence in our monthly rankings, and excellent customer reviews.
The Agents of the Year for 2025 are:
• Ivan Krumov and Magdalena Tosheva - on the first place
• Nikolay Popov - second place
• Pavel Ravanov - third place
BEST SELLING BUILDINGS AND COMPLEXES
• The award "Best Selling Complex" for the fourth year in a row was given to Central Park in Banishora, Sofia. The complex is heading toward its completion with first 3 buildings with Permission for use.
• The best-selling complex outside Sofia is AMur Gardens in Kostinbrod (near Sofia), which created a whole new market niche for apartments in small towns around the Bulgarian capital and became a sales hit.
SPECIAL AWARDS
Special awards for outstanding contribution went to:
• Stoycho Bugov for 10 years at BULGARIAN PROPERTIES
• Our IT team for the biggest innovation - the creation of Bulgaria's first AI search engine for real estate
• Anelia Nedeva for contributing to the company's marketing and creating high-quality and interesting content
• Daniela Toteva for her contribution to team spirit
• Kalin Chernev and https://www.bulgarianproperties.com/Offers_of_Dimitar_Pavlov/index.html – for excellent management, creating great teams and stable market development in their assigned regions – Varna and Veliko Tarnovo
• Galina Kirilova - for establishing and developing a completely new market in the Shumen area.
