Regulated plot of land near small lake

Regulated plot of land with lovely location only 15 km. away from the town of Strajica and 50 km. from the old capital Veliko Tarnovo.

The plot has a size of 1700 sq.m. and is regulated. It has location, which makes it easily accessible during the whole year. There is a small lake near the property.

On the east side of the village are located thousands of hectares of arable land. To the west - vineyards. The village has good infrastructure and has the potential to become a resort because of the hilly terrain, at which are located almost all buildings and houses. It is most attractive during the summer.

The village has built its own water distribution network. Telecommunication network is at good level. There routed telephone lines and a network of all mobile operators. In 2007 in the village was built a great orchard. In close proximity is the main road leading to Rouse, the Danube river and the neighboring country of Romania.
