The hotel combines an ideal location, traditional Bulgarian architecture, exceptional guest services and modern amenities.
The building has a reinforced concrete framing. All walls of the ground floor and the basement are made from brick with a thickness of 25 cm and 12 cm, and the hotel floors are made by dry construction method. All exterior walls are made by masonry with 25 cm and thermal insulation system with a thickness of 10 cm. The window frames are five chamber PVC. The hotel was put ito operation in 2008.

The water supply of the hotel is provided by tube from a reservoir with the required flow rate. The power supply comes from two new generators, located within the complex. The reserve power supply is provided by a diesel unit, which covers 100% of the needs of the hotel. There is a new device for waste water with PVC pipes. The heating is on diesel, but all the preparations for the forthcoming gasification have been made. There are 38 solar collectors. The ventilation system and all the other installations are made according to the 4-star hotel requirements. The hotel has its own TV center and WI-FI.
The road to the new complex is asphalted. Near the hotel there are no unfinished construction projects and future projects.
The hotel has been operating for 2 years. It is sold with all equipment.
Bansko is certainly the most fast growing Bulgarian ski resort that has the best snow record and excellent ski runs. It is among the most preferred destinations for winter season. Still, during summer, Bansko is a starting point for a variety of tourist routes to the Pirin Mountain.
Since there is a variety of activities and options for recreation, Bansko is equally attractive during all seasons. Ecology, flora, fauna and national color are uniquely balanced. The town is also popular for its combination of distinctive folklore and old-Bulgarian architecture.
