Sunset Apartments will be advertised for rental in the most successful website for summer holidays www.BeachBulgaria.com and www.SunnyBeachApartments.NET as soon as the apartments are ready. All customers will be offered rental contracts. We have already established strong relationships with a number of successful local tour operators, travel agents and on-line reservation systems for renting out properties and you will benefit from this extra source of business.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We offer full property management for all Sunset Apartments through our sister company Property Management BG Ltd. on a contract. The services include:
- sourcing for you all further items needed to get your apartment ready to rent out. This includes electrical appliances, bed linen, cooking utensils, and all the bits and pieces needed to get them to a standard for renting out.
- accepting rental payments (credit card facility)
- cleaning, washing and ventilation of apartments.
- maintenance and repairs (when needed).
- advertising and communication with potential customers/tenants.
- meeting customers at Bourgas Airport and transportation to your apartment.
- giving/collecting keys, instructions for use of apartments, assistance for guests while renting the apartment.
- payment of utility bills (electricity, water, cable TV, annual local tax).
- all services required to keep the apartment in good condition.
For the above services we charge a percent of the profit after running costs. Regular monthly rental reports are sent to the apartment owners showing you the occupany, costs and net income.
