The apartment that we offer is located on the fourth floor of a four -storey building. Its total area of 102 sq.m is with the following distribution: entrance hall, laundry room with a boiler, living room with open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, large terrace (15 sq.m) and a bathroom with toilet. The main features include panoramic view to the sea, natural stone flooring, a fireplace and bathroom with heated floor. The apartment is unfurnished but there is a built-in kitchen with home applaiances in place.

RESERVATION
This property may be reserved immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract. The Agency’s commission is due to be settled upon signing of the Preliminary Contract. Additional expenses for notary, state and municipal taxes might reach up to 6% of the sales price.
