The property can be reserved by paying a deposit of one month rent. On the day of arrival a refundable deposit is due amounting of the monthly rent.

This apartment is available only for long term rent, minimum of 6 (six) months.

RENTAL PRICE
The rental price does not include the cost of consumables: electricity, water, cable TV and Internet.

Additional to the rental price there is a monthly maintenance fee amount of 250 lv.
