Kaliakria Resort is located 55 km to the north of Varna (the Black Sea coast capital) and about 45 min from Varna International Airport. The old fishing towns of Balchik and Kavarna are nearby. The well known international resort of Albena is at a 15 min drive away.>
The resort is south-facing and is situated in the heart of the so called Bulgarian Golf Riviera, boasting probably the best and picturesque views in the area. The apartments overlook the greens and the fairways of a new Gary Player championship 18-hole golf course (under construction) and Kavarna bay, which is stretching from cape Kaliakra to Albena and Golden Sands. A second Gary Player golf course, is operating about three kilometers away, while a little bit further away, a third golf course designed by Ian Woosnam, is also completed.
Designed by Gustavo Kloster, a Spanish architect well known for his luxury villas in Costa del Sol and the Bulgarian Architects ADA and STOARCH, Kaliakria combines the proven concept from the Mediterranean Sea coast with the local Bulgarian architectural style. RESERVATION & AGENCY COMMISSION
You could reserve an apartment in Kaliakria Resort immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan. No company is needed to be set up in order to obtain a property at Kaliakria Resort.
The payment plans are discussed in advance with the developer of Kaliakria Resort who provide extremely flexible and individual approach to each client. Different payment plans are offered like:
- Up to one year interest-free payment plan with a 50% payment of the price of the property
- Within five years with 8% interest Eurobor (paying 50% of the price of the property and distribute the remaining value into 60 equal installments)
- Up to 20 years with a mortgage loan provided by UniCredit Bulbank
