Chedi Golf View Residence is a unique complex of holiday apartments, which is part of the best and most luxurious golf resort in Bulgaria - Thracian Cliffs in Kavarna, built on an area of 164 hectares. The new phase of this most prestigious address on the Black Sea is located in the heart of the golf course, on a hill 50 meters from the sea and sandy beaches. Chedi Golf View Residence offers 40 apartments arranged in 9 buildings, all on the golf course with stunning sea views and located no more than 50 meters from the beach. The buildings are placed around the area where will be build the new Gary Player Club House in the resort. There are five types of apartments: on the first floor there are 2 apartments, and up on each floor there is a separate apartment. The price includes a luxurious and exclusive interior and exterior design of the boutique design company Denniston International Architects from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and fully furnished with furniture, approved by the hotel chain Chedi, which is used in more than 10 countries worldwide.

The owners of these 40 limited edition holiday homes with one or two bedrooms located in buildings around the centrally located 3000 sq.m. Club House will be able to benefit from access to all that the complex offers. Each of the nine buildings will enjoy views of the golf course with 18 holes, which extends over an area of 4 500 sq.m to the edge of the cliffs and the sea. The purchase of the apartment provides free membership to the golf club as well as an access to the VIP floor of the new Club House.

The apartments in Chedi Golf View Residence will be included in a letting program, that will be initially managed by the investors of the resort Thracian Cliffs and later as Chedi Hotel is built, Chedi chain will assume their management through signing contracts with the owners.

The investors behind the new phase Chedi Golf View Residence provide exclusive pre-sale of the apartments in this new phase, four months before the start of the main sales company in October 2013, when prices are expected to be higher. The presale will be implemented through a special reservation program without commitment and risk, and in October, the clients will be asked to confirm whether they want to continue with the purchase or not.

At present, the nine buildings of the new phase Chedi Golf View Residenceare at shell stage with roofs and have Act 14.
