Houses from the end of the 19th century were built of adobe and in most cases now require restoration. The unique charm of old Bulgarian houses attracts tourists, especially in the rural areas. We have houses for sale of any type. Usually the offered houses here come with a big garden of 1000-4000 sq. m. or some land around which are all included in the asking prices. The most spread type in Bulgaria is the detached house. Most of the houses offered for sale are located in the rural areas of Bulgaria.
In the last year the crisis changed the property market in Bulgaria, which started a process of self-regulation. One of the results of this process is the decrease of property prices, especially of rural houses – by over 50% in a year. The process is expected to end in 2010 and property prices to become more stable.
