This attractive house is situated in a village approximately 20 km away from the town of Dobrich in the north east of Bulgaria.Dobrichs facilities include a wide range of fashionable shops, supermarkets, banks, theatre, hospital, etc.. It is 35 km away from Silistra with its views of the Danube river and 70 km from the international airport of Varna. The Black Sea Coastal resorts are approximately 60 km away from the village.

There is now a new extension which runs along the whole of the rear of the building and gives access to all the rooms from inside the house and a new roof to incorporate the newly built extension.

Karapelit is a big village and has a population of 1303 inhabitants. There are shops, a caf, a church, a regular bus service, and the roads are accessible in the winter. The surrounding area is picturesque and affords opportunities for rural tourism, fishing and hunting.
