This attractive house is situated in a village approximately 20 km away from the town of Dobrich in the north east of Bulgaria.Dobrich’s facilities include a wide range of fashionable shops, supermarkets, banks, theatre, hospital, etc.. It is 35 km away from Silistra with its views of the Danube river and 70 km from the international airport of Varna. The Black Sea Coastal resorts are approximately 60 km away from the village.

The property has a long veranda at the front of the house and the accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living room (4m x 4m), 2 bedrooms (both 4m x 4m), a bathroom, a garage, cellars, out-buildings and extensive garden / land to the rear of the building. The area of the house is approximately 65 sq. m. and the plot of land is 1480 sq. m.

Double glazing has been installed, including new double glazed front and back doors. The property was originally two houses joined by a veranda. There is now a new extension which runs along the whole of the rear of the building and gives access to all the rooms from inside the house and a new roof to incorporate the newly built extension.

The property has been rewired and re-plumbed. Most of the property has been redecorated and / or re-plastered.

Karapelit is a big village and has a population of 1303 inhabitants. There are shops, a café, a church, a regular bus service, and the roads are accessible in the winter. The surrounding area is picturesque and affords opportunities for rural tourism, fishing and hunting.
