The property presents one storied house with total living area 55 sq. m, included also a basement – 8 sq. m, a shelter, which is used for woods and a beautiful garden vast 700 sq. m.
Ground floor: An external staircase leads to it. The living area here is distributed between a corridor, a living room, a kitchenette and a bedroom. The walls of the whole house are made of bricks. The flooring here is cement, and a part of it is wooden. The windows in the rooms have wooden woodworks.

A smaller town, called Kazanlak is also close to the village and the sub – Balkan road from Sofia to Burgas pass by near it. The region around is very good for outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, mountaineering, village tourism development, SPA procedures and going sight – seeing.
