The town of Balchik is a seaside town situated 31 km north of Varna. It is a relatively large settlement along the Northern seaside and a harbor used for medium-sized passenger and commercial vessels. It combines the romance of its steep streets with the beauty of the sea. For a long time it has been known as the White Town for the mainly white color of its lime rocks. Famous place of interest in Balchik is The Botanical Garden- the "residence" of 3000 plant species, and thus Europe’s second most important collection. Albena resort is situated 20 km south-west of Balchik and has modern sport facilities, well organized SPAs and medical centers with high-quality personnel and best services in the area.

The complex is situated in the outer parts of Balchik, where many locals also live. There is a magnificent sea view from windows and terraces. There are approximately 500 m down to the sea, with a level difference of around 80 meters. There are stairs where the level difference is greatest. To avoid stairs, you can also go along the road down to the harbor area of Balchik, where the beaches and the long boardwalk are located. There is a common swimming pool for all apartments. A small parking lot is available for use in the complex.
Both apartments have air-conditioning and underfloor heating. They are offered for sale fully furnished. There is a room in the basement for each apartment. In the basement there is also a common room with washing machines.

The property management fee for cleaning the garden and maintaining the swimming pool is 255 Euro/per year.

RESERVATION AND AGENCY COMMISSION

You could reserve an apartment immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the house will be reserved for a period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES charges 3% agency commission (but not less than 500 Euro), payable at signing of the Preliminary contract. Additional costs for notary fees and stamp duty are approximately 6% on top of the purchase price.
