The Location
Samuil Complex is positioned on a peaceful street in the center of Bourgas and has direct access to two major boulevards. The complex is set very close to ‘Alexandrovska’ Street which is open only for pedestrians and is famous as the trade area of Bourgas. The location of the complex allows for fast access to all administrative buildings and public institutions, several schools and kindergartens. The area is also rich in food shops and stores, restaurant and cafes.

Technical specifications concerning the complex
The construction of Samuil Complex shall be solid, based on concrete plates and bricks for all internal and external walls. There will be heat insulation on the external walls. The apartments will be presented plastered and will have UPVC 4-ply glazing with sealed glass unit ProfiLink. The internal doors will be from MDF, while the external doors will be from metal, all produced in Germany.
The building will be connected to central gas supplying system and will feature luxury common parts and lifts to all residential floors. Installations for telephone landlines, cable television, internet and security system will be installed in each apartment unit.

Reservations
Any apartment can be immediately reserved for 20 days with a holding fee of 5% of the asking price (first installment), deposit is non-refundable. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contract with the development company as a proof of the payment. The second installment is to be paid within approx. 20-28 days after reservation.

Payment Plans
The developing company is open to individual payment plans, according to the needs of the buyers.
The agency does not charge agency commission for that complex.
