Spacious, bright and very well organized, the holiday apartment comes with three bedrooms, large living room, open-plan kitchen with dining area and two large terraces. The master bedroom comes with a bathroom with toilet and bath, plus a walk-in closet. The second and the third bedroom each feature bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. All the bedrooms and the living room have access to the terraces. The terraces are two in number, one with swimming pool views.

Sunny View Central is completed and has permission for usage since March 2013. It has many amenities and services that can make your stay pleasant, namely:

The bathrooms have bathtubs, faucets for hot and cold water, flush toilet, sink with hot and cold water mixer, lighting, 4 electric boilers for hot water meter, air conditioners. The apartment has installations for cable television, wireless internet, security and fire alarm system.

The 3-bedroom penthouse apartment is fully furnished and equipped. It can be rented out on a hotel basis by company investors. The owners should pay an annual fee.

The investor company offers professional property management by a registered management company. All owners should pay a fixed annual fee of 10 EUR / sq.m with VAT per apartment per year for maintenance of the complex.

Reservation
The apartment can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 1000 Euro, payable by credit card or bank transfer. The property will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 14 days.
No agency commission is charged.

12 equal installments every month at no additional cost and notary transfer with the last installment.

Plan B deferred payment
10 year period for deferred payment of the apartment's price.
30% first installment
10% interest rate a year on the remaining sum of the apartment.
Installments according to a plan approved by the investor.

Plan C with 5% discount
1000 Euro non-refundable deposit when reserving the apartment;
100% upon notary transfer within 30 days.

Low-cost carrier Wizz Air launches flights from Sofia 2 new destinations in March 2018.

The new destinations include Lisbon (Portugal) and Nice (France), the company announced at a press conference, reported Dnevnik.
