We arrived here early this year from France and we bought two properties here in Karavelvo,near Karlovo. The after sales service from Vanya in your Karlovo branch was extremely efficient and professional, helping us through the initial potentially stressful period.
We have some friends coming to visit us later this year and will have no hesitation in introducing them to her.

I have been really impressed by everyone I have met at Bulgarian Properties. From the moment I arrived, everything was done to make finding, buying and restoring a house an easy and rewarding experience - and I am delighted with the result. Legal and banking issues were sorted out in record time - and all done with kindness as well as professionalism and efficiency. I would also like to mention an impressive level of English on the part of several of the staff - real ambassadors for their country. I cannot recommend Bulgarian Properties too highly - and indeed have done so to a number of people. Buying through them has been a 100% positive experience - certainly not the case in England, Italy and Spain, countries I know well and where I speak the languages. I bought a small house with a lovely garden North East of Kuystendijl in 2005 and had an excellent service from Polina, Andrew and their team in Sofia. All visits by jeep prior to purchase were well organised. Setting up my own company through their lawyer eually went very well. I must praise their professional attitude throughout all business dealings. Thanks for your help.
