We bought a property last year with Bulgarian Properties in the VT office. We dealt with Zdravka and at all times we found her to be extremely efficient, courteous and professional. She was a dream to have on board with us, the follow up service from Zdravka has been outstanding, there was nothing which she would not undertake to help us. She made our whole experience very positive.

I recently purchased a plot of land and set up a company through Bulgarian Properties and am delighted with the level of service they have provided. Serge Pelovski and his team deserve a special mention for answering my endless questions, and always replying within 24 hours of my emails. The professionalism and level of expertise that he has shown are key to gaining the confidence of overseas investors. I would happily use Bulgarian Properties again.

We bought a property through Bulgarian Properties without having been to Bulgaria. The VT office which dealt with us were superb, having had various failed attempts to get there, we were helped so much with the paperwork and questions we needed answering. Elena Dımova took over dealing wıth our property and it was plain sailing. Her professionalism and warmth with her e mails and telephone conversations made us feel we had also made a friend in Bulgaria.
