I have chosen from many companies BULGARIAN PROPERTIES mainly because of comprehensive and detailed information about properties. I have sent an email to the regional manager - Tanyo Ivanov and since then I have not regretted about my choice. For my first visit Tanyo has prepared a dozen offers according to my requirements, showed all them, talked about the features and details of the purchase. After he took again me to view chosen properties, outlined the basic parameters of the upcoming repairs, found a team and estimated the cost of repairs.
It was occurred after the repair the property will be much better than other offers for the total price. As a result, in less than a week, we have signed a preliminary agreement. Less than a month later, he told us that all are settled; we came, although we would not do this, and ended up with all the formalities in less than a week, including a repairs agreement. Bulgarian bureaucracy is much more humane than that in Russia, and the professionalism of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES staff is also of great importance. Good country, good people and great company!
