What a wonderful experience it was buying a property using Bulgarian properties and dealing with the Sofia office, and Sergey. The whole process went smother than I could ever imagine, the communication and support an advise was excellent. I look forward to doing business with Sergey and Bulgarian Properties again in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy property in Bulgaria.

The service they provide is excellent.They [Sofia office], Sergey Pelovski was of great help, he explained how the process worked, organised the buying process/viewing arrangements. We were informed of the progress of the sale, it all went smoothly, with no complications. We were that impressed with the services of Bulgarian Properties, we decided to buy another property through them. This purchase also went smoothly. We would like to thank Iva Anatasova and Peter from BULGARIAN PROPERTIES. We came to Bulgaria to look for a house with a big piece of land near Plovdiv. In one day we have seen 7 plots and the same day we knew which house we wanted in Tatarevo, Parvomaj.
Iva and Peter answered all our questions and make time free when we asked.
