Just a few words of praise for all the staff at the Elhovo office of Bugarian Propeties especially Elvira and Kalinka for smoothing the way for the buying of our house in BG,we went out there in february and found the house that we wanted and so sent the money across, only to be told a couple of months later that the seller had taken the house off the market and double the asking price,and so we were advised by BG Properties not to persue this property (we later found out that this was the second time the seller had done this. not having the time to go out there again, so soon, we then the had the delemma of pulling out of buying altogether until a later date, or asking and trusting someone to look for us, we decide to put our trust in Elvira. She didn't let us down,she found us a lovely little house close by and a bit cheaper in fact, our trust was well rewarded and Hristo and the builders have done a wonderful job transforming it to our spec. The after sales service would put our english estate agents to shame many thanks to all concerned, and also our thanks to Christine & Barry Waterworth for all their guidance and advice. We would have no reservations in recommending Bulgarian Properties to anyone.

We purchased a house in Srem in feb and we have had it refurbished by Histro and the builders who have done a great job we were delighted with the end result. Also we like to thank all in the office at Elhovo for all the hard work in arrangeing the builders and completeing the purchase our our house especially Elvira and Kalinka we would have been lost without their skills in translation. We have had the outside of our house renovated and we are delighted with the finished work, it looks absolutely fantastic. Just after Christmas '05, I decided it was time to look seriously at buying property in Bulgaria. Found a few sites to look at and went with BulgarianProperties. Various people said we were daft trying to buy over the net, and maybe we were, after all we couldn,t view before buying could we. Just didn't have the time to make the trip, so we went ahead and now we are proud owners of a little place in the Yambol area. Polina, whom we are dealing with is really wonderfull and took us through all the process of signing papers etc. Getting the papers Notorized was easy and didn't even go to London. A local Notary saw to everything.We put are trust in a Company unknown to us except through others comments like ours. Polina and everyone else involved deserve every credit for making this purchase so easy and stress free, not met her yet but will be doing in October when go out to view are purchase. So looking forward to meeting her and everyone else in the office.
