For the second time we find it appropriate to personally thank Bulgarian Properties, and in particular “Polina and Elvira” for their help, assistance and professional guidance during the purchase of a house in Bulgaria.

Firstly it was for the house we purchased in the village of Malak Manastir during February 2003, and for this second occasion of purchasing another house, this time in the lovely mountain village of Mramor.

It was much easier this time around as we did not need to set up a company so the entire transaction could be undertaken via the internet and money transference. Again many thanks to all at Bulgarian Properties, and we for our part wish them, the individual staff and business as a whole the very “Best Wishes” for the “New Year” 2006.

We first visited Bulgaria in October 2005 to view the 2 houses we had bought over the internet, from the extensive information and photographs provided by Bulgarian Properties. All the legal work of setting up the company was carried out via email with such speed and efficiency before our visit.
We met the representives from both the Ruse and Veliko Tarnovo offices and were impressed with their patience, friendliness and efficiency. Both properties were exactly as portrayed in the information we had received and we were delighted.
On arriving back home after the first very brief visit, we were kept constantly updated on the progress of our house purchases and went out again in December to pick up the deeds and the keys.
We had a wonderful time staying in our little house near Ruse and seeing our new Bulgarian friends, Gergana and Svetno from the Ruse office and Anna, Simeon, Christiana and Vesco from Veliko Tarnovo.
We enjoyed their company and their helpfulness in sorting out a hire car, helping with our shopping, collecting and returning us to and from the coach station and booking tickets for us. We don't know what we would have done without you Anna and Simeon. You are both stars and our very dear friends. We are so looking forward to our next visit in the Spring and seeing you all again.
