What can I say about Bulgarian Properties, after several years of dealing with them? Well, from our first purchase, using the Veliko Tarnovo office back in 2006, then again in 2007 with the Plovdiv office, to our final and sad decision to sell, in the last month ( October 2023 ) we can only give extremely positive comments!
In all of these arrangments, nothing was too much trouble, with the help given - in setting up bank accounts, arranging payments for electricity and taxes, to personal contacts wherever we needed to go.
With regard to the complicated details for our eventual sale of house(s) and company, I have to comment the actions of Sergey Pelovski, at the Sofia office, for the tremendous effort and time that he put into making this a smooth and trouble free sucess! Part of this was done whilst still recovering from major surgery!
I cannot emphasize enough how relieved we have been to deal with such professional people, and highly recommend Bulgarian Properties to anyone thinking of buying or selling in Bulgaria.
