From the very first email contact we had with Bulgarian Properties (specifically Sergey Pelovski) we cannot express clearly enough the professional manner and attitude that was apparent. This continued throughout the whole of the purchase process . Every part of this process was conducted via email and phone and when things did not go to plan because of other peoples involvement Sergey and the company lawyer (Ivaylo Vlahov) went out of their way to ensure everything was put back on track very quickly.
We have purchased and sold houses in both the UK and Spain and to suggest that the agents in these countries could learn a thing or two from Sergey & Bulgarian Properties would be a bit of an understatement. When we finally arrive in Bulgaria we will be visiting the offices to say a personal thank you to both Sergey and Ivaylo.
When I read glowing reviews like this I usually think “I suppose they spent ½ a million on a property that’s why they were treated so well” so just to clarify this we actually purchased one the cheaper houses on their books.
