Chinese company will build villa complex near Albena
Chinese company intends to build a large villa complex between General Kantardzhievo village and the beach resort Albena. This was announced by Atanas Stoilov, the mayor of Aksakovo municipality, on 21st January 2013.
The project was started years ago by French company, which has refused their intentions, because of the financial crisis. But now the Chinese company has decided to finish the project and offer villas to wealthy Russian tourists. The resort complex will be built on a plot with an area of 300,000 sq.m., Stoilov added.
Meanwhile, the mayor said that the municipality will apply for funds for maintenance of the Pobiti Kamani rock phenomenon and the Mihlyus Kale fortress. This can happen when both are included in the national project "Via Pontica".
Furthermore, BGN 13 mln have been already agreed under the Operational Programme Environment for repair of the water supply network in Aksakovo.
