New apartment complex in Bansko ski resort

2003-12-07   |  Bulgarian Properties Ltd./office

Bulgarian Properties Ltd. are announcing the launch of a new apartment complex in Bansko ski resort called "Snow Apartments". This new development will be built on area of 4000 sq. m. in a seculded and beautiful location just minutes walking from the Gondola and about 15 min walking from the centre of Bansko. There will be available studios, 1-bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments, maisonettes (2 storey apartments on the top floors).
The selling prices will be very reasonable, around 650 Euros per square meter floor area.

Most of these apartments will have beautiful mountain views, which are guaranteed because no building will be allowed on the plots in front of "Snow Apartments", because there is located the main water source of Bansko.
Further this complex will have a lot of nice facilities like swimming pool and communal gardens, parking lots, etc.
All apartments will be offered for sale luxury and fully finished and buyers will just have to buy the furniture.
A good gurantee for the developing company is the fact that it is owned by our General Manager Mr. Mihail Chobanov and partners.
The prices will be more than reasonable.
Currently our architects are producing the architectural design and plans.
As soon as they are ready we will start to sell the apartments off-plan with 30 % starting payment.

The building is expected to start in March 2004 and to finish in October 2004.
Most of the apartments will be designed in a way to be most suitable for renting out and bring the highest possible rental income.
All buyers who are interested in purchasing here are welcome to express their interest by sending an enquiry to our email info@bulgarianproperties.com. All clients who send an enquiry will be able choose apartments first when the plans are ready.
