August, traditionally one of the quietest holiday months of the year, brought a noticeable increase in activity. The market once again demonstrated that when attractive properties are offered at the right price, buyers are ready to act and transactions can happen quickly.

This applies both to properties in new-build developments and on the resale market. Activity was particularly strong in Sofia, but we also saw positive results in Bulgaria's other major cities, seaside resorts and the rural property market. Interest in mountain and ski resorts is also beginning to pick up as buyers prepare for the coming winter season.
