Ski Property of the Day

2014-02-28   |  BULGARIAN PROPERTIES

The first prize in our 'Ski Property of the Day' rating as part of our Winter Property Sale won an attractive and spacious apartment among the freshness and fragrance of the pine forests in Borovets ski resort. The property is part of the holiday complex Flora in the central part of the resort, about an hour away from the capital Sofia and the International Airport there.

The apartment has pleasant and functional layout, which features a kitchenette with breakfast bar, nice living room with sofas and TV set, as well as access to a large terrace, plus a well-sized bedroom furnished with a bedroom suite, dressing table and wardrobe. Further to that there is a bathroom with bath tube and shower.

The property boasts a great location in the ski resort Borovets, close to the lift and all the après-ski bars. It would make an ideal holiday retreat and will bring profit if rent it out.

Situated among old pine trees it is designed to meet the tastes and needs of different groups of tourists: fans of mountain skiing and conference, cultural and recreational tourism.
