I met Liubka Mihova first time on August 17, 2020, paid first visit to the properties I found interesting for my purpose, thеn pay visit to Bulgarian Properties office in Sunny Beach to conclude formalities for advanced payment. In a very operative and professional way I was introduced to the next steps to follow ,she answer my question. Than, accidentally I was infected by SARS COV2,and for more than a month I was out of the current events. In between I received full support from Mrs. Mihova with situation of the formalities ,until I recovered my health and paid the mandatory visit to the Public Notary on 3rd November and finally I signed "Notarialen Akt". Same day I got the key of the flat. Congratulations Mrs. Liubka Mihova for all work we have finalized successfully . Gladly I recommend her to anyone that wants to purchase a property in Bulgaria.
