From the start of the sale the viewing was carried out by Stefan who was very helpful and thorough with his work. All the communication was carried out with Sergey who was fantastic with dealing with all the legal issues and documentation. We previously purchased two apartments in Gabrovo back in 2009 and 2012 through Bulgarian Properties. On both occasions the company was highly efficient and helped us with all the necessary paperwork.
When we decided to sell one of the apartments this year, from start to finish we again found that their agent responded to all our emails immediately and nothing was left outstanding. Even when a problem did develop with the transaction this was rapidly resolved. We would not hesitate in using their service again.
