Last week we rented an appartment in Plovdiv. Since new in Bulgaria had I asked for the help of Bulgaria Properties. The local agent, Mr. Georgi Harizanov had selected a number of objects and already the third one was the perfect match. Two days later the contract with the owner was signed and we could move in.
The professionality of Mr. Harizanov was more than excellent, his support friendly and very cordial. He was kind enough to answer patiently all our questions not only those related to the lease but actually anything regarding life in Bulgaria. Finally he even helped us personally with the move which definitely was none of his corporate duties.
I can only assume that the success of Bulgaria Properties obviously lies in the excellent professionality and customer driven attitude of its staff.

From the moment I communicated with various real estate agents in Bulgaria (Veliko Tarnovo region), I was impressed by the speed of operation by Dimitar Pavlov, the regional manager, from his office in Veliko Tarnovo.
