BULGARIAN PROPERTIES participated in the largest property exhibitions in Moscow

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES together with development company Chobanov & Stoyanov have participated in the two largest real estate exhibitions in Moscow - Moscow Overseas Property & Investment Show at Tishinka exhibition centre and DOMEXPO at Gostiny Dvor complex.

Nicola Stoyanov , the managing partner and co-founder of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES, has presented the company at the exhibitions. Our colleagues from Moscow office have also participated at the exhibitions - Tatyana Oleynik (Moscow office manager), Elena Zinoveva (estate agent) and Elena Akhmedzhanova (property consultant at seasonal offices in Sunny Beach and Bansko).

At the exhibitions the company has started pre-sales in three new developments, which will be built over the next two years – these are new complexes of premium class, which are the true masterpieces designed by the most successful architectural firm in Bulgaria - Genig Studio.

Three new complexes from development company Chobanov & Stoyanov:
• Belle Époque is set meters away from a sandy beach on the picturesque peninsula adjacent to the rocky Cape Ambelits near Lozenets resort. It was inspired by the atmosphere of the Côte d'Azur in France and is designed in the architectural style of the world famous resorts of St. Tropez, Nice and Cannes.
• Golden Mile is located in the most elite residential district of the largest and most developed resort in Bulgaria - Sunny Beach. It is set just 300 meters and 5 minutes walking from the sandy beach and the sea.
• Milada Spa is situated in the balneology and ski resort Dobrinishte, near the famous ski resort of Bansko. All buildings and apartments are associated with mineral springs of hot mineral water. SPA and wellness centre is planned to be built here.

In addition to new projects development company Chobanov & Stoyanov and real estate company BULGARIAN PROPERTIES have announced special discounts (from 5% to 10% in the best new developments) when buying a new home in Bulgaria.

Nicola Stoyanov has noticed the new trends at the property market this year: "Clients are becoming more demanding and want more amenities, superior quality construction, and there is great demand for quality services in complexes. Another trend that may be noted – an increase in sales in ski resorts in Bulgaria this year."
