Royal Cove Golf & Beach Club Residence: first sod

Today was the first day of construction at the Royal Cove Golf and Beach Club Residence. The mayor of the town of Kavarna, Tsonko Tsonev and the developer “An & Di “Ltd, turned the first sod of the Premium complex where the investment will amount to about 3, 7 million leva, which is about 1, 9 million Euros.
The apartments will be built 150m away from the seashore, and all of them will have a wonderful sea view. A lot of invited guests interested in Royal Cove residence, were at the official inauguration as well as the representatives from “Planex holding” and “BGP – Services”. A small cocktail party marked the start of the first stage of building which has been started on time and will be due to be completed in July 2007.
The complex with all of its facilities will provide a comfortable & luxurious standard of living and has a big advantage because of its proximity to the 3 new Golf courses being constructed very closely nearby. The apartments are located in close proximity to the centre of the town of Kavarna which is famous in Bulgaria for its seasons of Concerts and festivals.
