Lily Beach Resort

Lily Beach Resort is a new exclusive apartment complex in the Kavatsi - Vesselie Bay, in only 3 km south from the lovely tourist center Sozopol and 35 km from Bourgas airport. The complex is located in 200 m from the beach and 80 m from the forest surrounding the green area, on which the complex is built.

The development consists of 3 buildings with a total area of 7700 sq.m. Each building has 4 floors and an elevator. In the complex there is a restaurant and a bar (offering discounts for apartment owners), 2 shops and a 25m swimming pool (270 sq.m.) with a children pool, children playground and free parking for owners.

The project is designed in Italian style and reminds of the houses on the Italian coastline.

The complex consists of 111 apartments, including:

The apartments are sold “turn-key”, unfurnished. Owners will be offered two furniture packages – Standard and Exclusive. We recommend the Standard Package to owners who would like to rent out their apartments. Furniture includes: double bed, French mattresses in the second bedroom, nightstands, wardrobe, and dressing table; a sofa bed in the living room, coffee table, dining table, TV; kitchenette with a refrigerator, a range hood; plastic table and chairs on the terrace. There is air conditioning in each apartment.
