We are presenting you a new apart complex on the Black Sea coast. This complex is located in the town of Byala (Varna region) on the cape of St. Atanas, just 200 m from the sea.

About the region
The cape of St. Atanas is characterized by its unique microclimate, even on the hot summer days there is always a light breeze, almost never exhausting heat. The foothills of the Balkan Mountains have long been appreciated for its healthy air. The combination of sea and mountain air creates healing mixture to cure pulmonary and other diseases.

Population of Byala is about 3,000 people, residing year round, so the town does not die out in winter as some resort complexes: banks, shops, restaurants, clinics, administrative buildings everything is open. The town of Byala is easily accessible from two major coastal cities - Varna and Burgas. There is 40 minutes drive to the Varna Airport by first class road, while Burgas is located 75 km away. There are still many virgin beaches with crystal clean water and fine sand in the area of Byala, such as Byala River, Kara Dere and Irakli. There are still remaining wild beaches - Byala River, Kara Dere and Irakli. Summer music festivals are bringing unforgettable atmosphere to the area. Unique nature and picturesque landscapes will never stop fascinating you, so that youre the memory stick of your camera will always be full. About the complex
The complex is a five-storey building, consisting of two blocks with two entrances. There is a lift in each block.
All apartments have a wonderful view to the sea, pine woods, the bay, the city of Byala, the Balkans and the marina for boats and yachts.
All apartments are finished to turnkey with fully equipped bathrooms and air-conditioning. There is an option of furnishing the apartment and installation of the warm floor system upon request and at customers expense. All apartments will have telephone, with the number of St. Petersburg or Moscow (at customer's choice). The studios might be planned with partition walls, separating living area from the kitchen box or from the sleeping zone. The complex has a swimming pool with children's section, lounge area with umbrellas and shower and a kids corner. The yard is fenced; there are parking spaces on the open air parking lot.

Start of construction: March 2013

The complex has been officially put into operation.

The annual maintenance fee of the complex - 10 Euros per sq.m.

RESERVATION
This property may be reserved immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
The Agencys commission is due to be settled upon signing of the Preliminary Contract.
Additional expenses for notary, state and municipal taxes might reach up to 6% of the sales price.
