Mineral Baths is a beautiful gated complex consisting of 8 two-storey townhouses, each of them has two one-bedroom apartments. The complex is located in Banya village, 5 km from the famous Bulgarian ski resort of Bansko. The complex offers beautiful views towards the Rila and Pirin Mountaints as well as the ski area of Bansko and the top Todorka.

The abundance of mineral springs and the old Roman and Turkish baths in the village of Banya turning it into the main balneological and spa resort in the region, causing an increased demand for it as a direction for year-round tourism. Banya is a popular place for recreation of the President of Bulgaria. The village of Banya is situated 156 km from the capital of Sofia and the International Airport.

Mineral baths consists of 8 two-storey townhouses, each with two one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment of the complex has a fireplace. The apartments located on the ground floor have a veranda and spacious yard and those situated on the second floor - beautiful wooden balconies, offering views of the Rila and Pirin. The courtyard of the complex will be landscaped as a park area with rich vegetation, lots of flowers, places for rest and barbecue.

In the immediate vicinity of the complex is located the most famous SPA hotel in the village of Banya - Roman Bath, which takes water from a mineral spring that was used since the days of the Romans. Mineral water with a temperature of 58С has proven qualities in the treatment and prevention of chronic inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system, as well as in the case of old injuries - broken bones, sprains, bruises, rheumatism, chronic gynecological diseases, inflammatory diseases of the nervous system, nephrolithiasis, diseases liver, stomach, skin diseases and urological - psoriasis and chronic intoxication with heavy metals (radioactive strontium, cerium, etc.). Fluorine contained in the water, coupled with radioactive metals reduces its deleterious effects on the human body.

The hotel has two swimming pools with mineral water, which operate year-round. Owners of apartments and houses in Mineral Baths can enjoy them year-round for an additional fee.
