The investors are offering Property Management and Rental. The Property management contract is signed together with the preliminary contract and the price is 8 EUR per square meter annually. The rental contract is not obligatory. It could be concluded if the owner wants to obtain about 5% of the price of the apartment as rentals.
Apartment Hotel Berlin: Reservation & Agency Commission
Any apartment in Apartment Hotel Berlin can be reserved by a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 EUR, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contact with the development company and to pay the first installment within 14 days after reservation.
