Holiday House Izvor is a complex of two connected buildings - a four-storey hotel with an area of 2100 m2 and an one-storey building with a restaurant of 650 m2 with technical premises on the basement level. The restaurant has a warehouse and garage. The total area of the plot is 8030 sq.m.
The hotel was built in 1970 - a reinforced concrete structure with bricks. It consists of 55 rooms on 4 floors and 16 service premises, 8 of which can be used as underground level rooms for cosmetic procedures and other purposes. All rooms are designed as double and triple, each with a private bathroom and a balcony with beautiful sea views. There is a maid's room on each floor. The reception and office are located on the ground floor. The windows of the restaurant are panoramic, the flooring is marble.
The complex has own power substation (400 kW). There are central hot water boilers. The existing building has central water supply and sewerage system.
In 2019, repair works were carried out to restore water pipelines, sewage and rainwater drainage. A high-quality thermal insulation of the building, with 10 cm of styrofoam and decorative plaster (polystyrene), was made as well as external decorative plaster. The roof was repaired. New high-quality, energy-saving 5-glass fiberglass windows have been installed.
