Golden Sands: Key features of the resort, winner of the Blue Flag international award
• Only 18 km north from the city of Varna and the airport there
• Declared a protected territory back in 1943, Golden Sands covers a territory of 177,13 hectares
• The beach starts at the foot of the forest - it is 3.5 km long, flat and up to 100m wide in places - and is known as one of the best sand beaches in Europe. The sandy bottom slopes gently into the sea and so there are no rocks, ledges or unpleasant drops. It is ideal for scuba diving and vacationing with children.

FINISHING
The complex will have solid, brick-built structure and stone-panelled common parts. Each residential section will be thermo-insulated and the apartments will be finished with tiled and laminated floors and 5-layer glazed windows and doors.
The complex will have 24-hour security service.

FURNISHING
All apartments finished to key with fully fitted bathrooms and kitchens(without the electrical appliances) and air-conditioner, included in the price. In some of them along with the fully fitted kitchen furniture packages are present and will include everything necessary for the apartment to be lived in and rented out to tourists (these apartments are marked as “Ready-to-Live”):

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & RENTAL
Upon request a separate Property Management and Rental contract could be signed.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
• It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment or sign the preliminary contract.
• No company is needed to own an apartment in Sea Village Complex.

RESERVATION & AGENCY COMMISSION
Any apartment in Sea Village can be reserved by a non-refundable deposit of 5% of the purchasing price, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contact with the development company and to pay the first installment within 14 days after reservation.

BulgarianProperties charge 3% agency commission for Sea Village, payable when the first instalment is due.

PAYMENT PLANS
• 5% reservation deposit (non-refundable), which sum shall be deducted from the first instalment.
• 70% first instalment within 14 calendar days after reservation on signing the Preliminary contract
• 30% third instalment after that the apartment ownership is transferred to the buyer

PRICES, SIZES, AVAILABILITY (constantly updated and valid!)
All Sea Village apartments will be completely finished with VAT included in the price. The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds. Every owner of property in Bulgaria pays an annual real estate tax and local communal tax the amount of which depends on the size of the property.
