PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN BULGARIA

Bulgarian Properties are offering full property management for real estates located in any area of Bulgaria and purchased using our agency services.

Properties located in rural areas or in non-tourist areas are served by the after sale departments of the local offices of BulgarianProperties.

Also included are services such as setting up new water and electricity accounts and submitting annual tax returns etc. For provision of these services, an annual management fee is charged which varies depending on the region and type of your property. Household prices in Bulgaria registered one of the biggest increases in the first quarter in the European Union on an annual basis - 8.8%. This shows latest Eurostat data released on Wednesday. Reports Investor.
