Conditions for the organization of the FREE tour in Bulgaria

General terms and conditions

• The payment of the cost of the trip can be organized by credit card or bank transfer.

• The prices are quoted in Euros per person for the entire package.

• Participation in the tour program for more than one person is allowed only if you pay the cost of the package for each participant.

• The package price includes all services listed in the package. If you want to use other companies/suppliers for some services included in the tour package, the package price will not be reduced.

• The hotels and restaurants that are included in the tour are of excellent quality and have been carefully selected by us. It is not possible to replace them with others. Ask our agents for detailed information.

• The airline tickets included in the package are economy class only, on regular and charter flights from the UK (from London and some other cities - please check with us) to Bulgaria, according to the date and destination of the flight.

• The package prices are not valid during the Bulgarian National holidays, as well as during Christmas and New Year's holidays (20.12.2014 - 10.01.2016).

Terms for money reimbursement for a viewing trip in Bulgaria

• Reimbursement of trip costs will be made only if you buy real estate property with BULGARIAN PROPERTIES.

• If you decide to purchase a property with another agency or another developer, we are not obliged to recover the costs made for the viewing trip.

• Reimbursement of trip costs is carried out when you pay us a deposit of 2,500 Euros – in cash, through bank transfer or by credit card.

• When buying real estate property for the price between 35,000 and 100,000 Euros, you will be reimbursed the cost of the tour for 1 person (420 Euros at 3-star hotel accommodation or 510 Euros at 4-star hotel accommodation).

• When buying real estate property, valued at more than 100,000 Euros, you will be reimbursed the cost of the trip for 2 people (840 Euros at 3-star hotel accommodation or 1020 Euro at 4-star hotel accommodation).

• When buying real estate property for the amount between 20,000 and 35,000 Euros, we will compensate the costs for the airline ticket for 1 person, but not more than 200 Euros.

• When buying real estate property for the price of 20,000 Euros or less, the cost of the tour is Not restored.

Note:

* When buying real estate online, the client is entitled to use the terms of the free ride only within 6 months from the date of deposit payment.

* BULGARIAN PROPERTIES offers a wide choice of real estate properties without a commission from the buyer, but there are also properties for which a commission from the buyer is due. It is 3% of the price and not less than 800 Euros. This information is stated on the website on each property listing. The commission due is not subject of negotiations. If reducing the size of the commission, the cost of the tour is not restored.

* BULGARIAN PROPERTIES reserves the right to change the terms for the viewing trips at any time.

Cancellation
If you cancel or change the travel dates after payment of the package price, the amount paid cannot be reimbursed.
