We have just returned from a successful trip having purchased a home in the Kjustendil area. Special thanks to Polina (Sofia office) and Bilyana (Borovets office) for their assistance over several months. Having dealt with other agents we cannot recommend Bulgarian Properties enough. They have been professional and helpful at all times ensuring that the procedure was as easy as possible.

We have just returned from our third trip to Veliko Turnovo and have, once again, been delighted with the brilliant assistance we have received from everyone there. The arrangements run like clockwork, nothing is too much trouble and the whole team is utterly charming. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.

I cannot thank Bulgarianproperties.com, elhovo office for all the help and assistance they gave us. I bought a lovely old house in Ovchi Kladenets in may of 2005. We have just returned from bulgaria, after spending 2 weeks in the house. As others have said, the Bulgarian people are probably the nicest, kindest and most helpful & friendly people we have ever met. Like others, we too were greeted openly and with many smiles and gifts from, home grown produce to neighbors helping in the garden and taking away of the weeds etc, in a typical cart, this one being drawn by the 20 odd year old grandson of our neighbor dressed in a suit, this was done amongst much laughter and never ending gratitude on my part. I would love to hear from anyone in the Ovchi region (Elhovo being approx 35 miles away), to compare notes etc.,. At present the water is being piped into the house and a septic tank installed.....roll-on our next visit later this year. David and I have juat returned from our second stay in our house in Turgovishte, in a village where the kindness of the villagers has once again amazed us. From gifts of eggs, salad and freshly caught fish... to a man we have never met before turning up with a sythe and cutting all our grass and taking away loads of rubbish on his donkey and cart, returning later to plant a little flower garden.We offered to pay him (hoping we wouldn't offend him) but he just laughed and told David (who is speaking a little Bulgarian now) that in Bulgaria the villagers all help each other. He worked for at least five hours, and even brought his little boy to meet us after school. Where else in the world.....?
We would like to say a BIG thank-you to Teddy and Pasco from the Bulgarian Property office in Targovishte. Once again Teddy and Pasco have been fantastic, with both of them sorting out lots of things for us. Nothing is too much trouble, everything is done with a smile. Wonderfull people and a great credit to the company. Special thanks to all in the Burgas office, you know who you are! I bought a property in a village called Vresovno, it's in the district of Ruen about 15km north of Aitos. I am more than happy with it and would love to retire there one day. It would be good to hear from others who have bought in the vicinity. I've not been back for a while, but look forward to visiting again real soon. Hope to hear from you, Brian.
