We looked at a plot in Byala with wonderful sea views on the 9th September 2004 and had a copy of our deeds e-mailed to us on the 8th November 2004 which was very quick indeed .We are in the process of buying a house in Razdel near Elhovo with a view of renovating and spending some time in the summer months. I would love to hear from anyone who has bought near us in Byala or Elhovo.
