In short, the service provided by Bulgarian Properties was stellar. In a new country with little information and guidance, I was exposed to various agencies who provided me with vague, ambiguous information and hidden costs. I spent weeks looking for a property that would be suitable but finally settled with going through this agency rather as a last hope (how I wish I found them earlier!). I got a property that I was over the moon with within 2 days. Not only this, I got transparent information, a fantastic location (tailored to what I asked for) and on-the-next-hour viewing times. The other thing is that they all speak fantastic English, so there are no language barriers to deal with, an issue I dealt with other agencies.
