The village of Tepava is located in Northern Bulgaria and is part of Lovech Municipality. Through the village runs Tepavka River that dries up during hot summer months. The area is clean and the climate here is good for children with lung and other diseases. Today in the village live Eastern Orthodox Christians, although there is currently no church. Near the village is located Dodatska cave which has a horizontal form, and the cave "Kunchova Varpishta", while at about 10 km from the village is set the famous Devetashka cave. The annual fair of the village is held on the last Sunday of October.
