There are 50 thousand apartments in the west zone. Most of them are of the so-called “studio” type. The price of one square meter varies from 650 to 2500 Euros.
In the beginning of the active season – July and August - 75% of the hotels are already occupied. 350 thousand tourists have occupied the region between Vlas and Ravda. More than 50 thousand people serve the thousands of guests. According to Angel Paleyski, Director of the seaside lane in Sunny Beach, the average salary in that branch amounts to approximately 700 leva.
