13.05.2008 UK Online Research: Bulgaria Properties Still Attractive

When browsing the internet for real estate offers the Brits continue to be interested in the Bulgarian real estate market, an online research of British Global Edge shows. The ranking of Global Edge includes 101 destinations in which the UK citizens are most interested.

The methodology of the research is based on the statistics of all internet searches of Brits made by keywords and countries. The analysis has been drafted with the help of one of the biggest US companies analyzing internet searches - WordTracker.

Thus it has been established that the interest towards Bulgaria puts the country in the third place in the 101 most popular overseas property destinations list.

In the analysis to the data Bulgaria is placed in the developing markets group which includes some other Central and Eastern Europe countries and the Asian markets. Apart from Bulgaria the top ten countries include Dubai towards which the buyers also show great interest, the research shows.
