The realization of the project Balchik Bay Apartments is at its final stage. The development is being built in one of the most romantic towns along the Black Sea coast – the town of Balchik. Balchik Bay Apartments is situated on an elevated position, just above the yacht port, providing amazing views of the sea. Right in the neighborhood is one of the first golf courses designed by the world-famous golfer Ian Woosnam. The attractive position of Balchik Bay Apartments is complemented by the peace and tranquility of the region and the easy access to the town facilities and the beach.

The architectural project is the work of Architect Elena Ivanova and the builder and investor in the modern holiday development is the company Granit-91 Ltd.

The total built-up area of the development is 1,500 sq.m. It includes 19 apartments and studios, all overlooking the sea. The living area of the properties varies between 17.95 sq.m. and 61.62 sq.m. For the comfort of the tenants there will be a swimming pool and a café-restaurant. The building will be secured with a porter, the maintenance and management of the complex will also be provided.

The construction of the building started in November 2007 as now it is expecting to be issued Act 15 (document ascertaining that the building is fully finished). The building is expected to be ready in May 2010.

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES – the authorized agency selling the development – announced that the prices in the development start from just under 400 Euro/sq.m. or from 7,500 Euro for a studio.
