BULGARIAN PROPERTIES Director Mihail Chobanov on Bulgarian National Television

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES Head Office

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES Executive Director Mihail Chobanov was invited to the Bulgarian National Television morning program Denyat Zapochva to comment on the situation of the real estate market in Bulgaria.

Mihail Chobanov pointed out that there is no crisis on the Bulgarian real estate market and that there is a decrease in the prices only in the holiday home segment which is mainly due to bad location and low quality of the construction.

On a question about the decrease of the real estate prices Mr. Chobanov stressed that one should differentiate between the different segments on the market and not put all properties under one denominator. Thus there should be a clear differentiation between holiday homes, residential properties and business areas as each one has different characteristics.

When asked by the hosts to advise the real estate buyers what to do Mihail Chobanov told them to buy only quality properties as what should guide them is the quality of the construction, the location, the amenities and the extras and, of course, the lucrative price.
